Fruit Pulp & Concentrates

Alphonso Mango Pulp

Mango pulp is prepared by extracting the pulp obtained from mature ripe mango.Ripe fruit is processed in excellent conditions by suitable means according to quality standards.

Tomato Paste (H.B & C.B)

Tomato Paste is prepared by the concentration of the liquid obtained from mature Tomato, (Lycopesicum Sp.). The liquid is strained and prepared to exclude skins and other hard substances in the finished product according to quality standards.

Tomato is a valuable raw material used for processed products such as:

Potato

Chips are prepared by slicing potatoes and frying the chips in a vessel containing oil at a controlled temperature using the furnace. The crispiness of chips depends on a number of factors including the quality of oil, the temperature of the oil, frying time, quality of potato, and moisture contained in the chips.
